Thank you for shopping with Tonik Skincare. Please read the following Delivery & Returns policy carefully.

Delivery

Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Processing time does not include weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed on the next business day. 

Delivery takes 3-5 business days from the day it leaves our warehouse. 

Delivery costs are £4.99 or FREE if your order is over £30. 

Returns

Our Return Policy lasts 90 days and it takes effect from the time you order your purchase. If more than 90 days have gone by since order of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or price equivalent in store credit.

You will be responsible for paying return postage and ensuring the item is tracked. All delivery costs are non-refundable. 

Refund Process

1. Contact our customer care team to request a refund (contact@tonikskincare.com).
2. You will be provided with a return address and RMA number.
3. When we receive the product, you will receive a refund within 5 business days.

Always contact us before returning your items, otherwise we will be unable to track and process your return/refund.
