I received 2 skim refiners 1 was not a full bottle , disappointed no response as used regularly, pleased with product. Feel let down from company , rethinking of any future products .

This is my 3rd time purchasing Vtamin C refiner. This time everything seems to have changed and not for the better. It took far too long to be delivered and was not from the UK, It comes in a new brown dropper bottle which is difficult to use. The consistency is very watery and slides down my skin like water. It also smells a little off. I'll have to reserve judgement on the effectiveness as I have been very pleased in the past and hope the benefit will be the same. If this was a 1st time purchase I would be very unhappy and would have given a lower rating.
