I purchased this product about 3 weeks ago . it looks, and smell revolting, I have only used it 3 or 4 times, and the last time that I did, it made me physically sick . I would therefore like a refund . This is the 4th time of asking . I am an 82yr. old pensioner and cannot afford to waste money on this awful product . No order received and no communication from customer service - LOST MY MONEY
It was a risk to use this tonik as it arrived in the bottle which looks like fake product with unknown liquids inside. I did ask your team to confirm whether it was definitely the way it need to look like - NO RESPONSE till now... Apologies, I did not risk to use it especially when everything looks fake. Also, it's not the first comment about this, so, the advise would be invest some time in responding and communicating with your clients as well as this is very important part when running this kind of business. We cant' support you if you not even bothering to talk to us.

Ordered previously and pleased with product, however this time product looked inferior and no safety seal, looked like cheap copy! Written 3 times, Customer services promised to look into it, no further forward 3 weeks on and no refund forthcoming. Even though they promise a refund within 90 days! Very disappointing and disgusted will have to seek refund via credit card services, such a pain! So beware! Won't be purchasing ever again too risky! Shame because it was fine first time
