This is the 4th attempt trying to get advice from you, is it your policy to not answer customer questions? You spend so much time sending emails promoting your products but customer service is very important if you actually want sales. Could you please now answer my question - opening a new bottle of your Vitamin C Refining Serum the liquid is brown and not the usual clear. Now what I need to know is this ok to use not a difficult question is it? I am writing this review in the hope that it may get me an answer.

My third order, & looked like a different product both in colour and consistency. Luckily I had read a review regarding this, otherwise I’d probably have returned it!
It seems to be going down really quickly this time. Also I was really hoping to have the glass dropper bottle - the ‘new’ packaging.
Having said all this, it remains a great product which makes a visible difference to my skin tone and texture.
